Power X-Change is the rechargeable battery system from Einhell. It is designed for multi functionality. With this advanced technology, you can use 18V rechargeable batteries with different capacity ratings to power any of the Einhell Power X Change PXC range.

The Einhell TE-CD 18/2 Li-i +22 (2x2.5 Ah) cordless combi drill is the cordless all-rounder for DIY enthusiasts and is a member of the PXC family:

This kit includes a versatile, robust and comfortable to use combi drill that is ideal for any DIY enthusiast and hobbyist to have in the work shed or garage. Whether you are tackling woodworking projects or need a drill that can provide some impact drilling into masonry, this cordless power tool will have you covered.

At your disposal are three modes (screwdriving, drilling, impact drilling in masonry) which can be switched between easily and the 13mm chuck, with automatic spindle locking, allows you to change drill bits quickly. Thanks to a robust 2-speed gearbox, backed up with 44Nm of torque, this drill affords quick and efficient working.

If you are in a dimly lit area then you will still be able to work safely and accurately. This is because this drill is equipped with an LED light which will illuminate the working area. A brilliant tool to have in the garage or work shed, what makes this model particularly useful is that it comes with a drill bit set with 22 pieces. This combined with the fact it comes with 2 x 2.5Ah batteries and a charger means that you can get to work right away on your next project.

It can be used for both screw driving and drilling thanks to the powerful 2-speed gearing, and it also has an impact drill function for reduced strain on the joints.

The single-sleeve quick-change chuck with Quick Stop function has an automatic spindle lock for changing tools quickly.

The torque slip coupling allows for sensitive operation and the ergonomic Soft grip makes this comfortable.

The LED light illuminates the work area.

Including a belt clip, 2 x 2.5 Ah PXC rechargeable battery and high-speed battery charger, a comprehensive 32 piece bit set and a practical E-Box Basic case.

Warranty

All Einhell products are supplied with a 2 year warranty. This can be extended to 3 years by following the steps below. The exception to the rule is power x-change batteries. These come with 6 months as standard that can be extended for free to 2 years, again see steps below.

3-Year Einhell Product Warranty
Register your new Einhell product within 30 days of purchase and benefit from the extended warranty. After registration the warranty for your Einhell product is extended by an additional year to a total of 3 years.

The service is only available for the following brands: Einhell Red, Einhell Classic, Einhell Car Classic, Einhell Home, Einhell Expert, Einhell Expert Plus, Einhell Professional. You will find the brand name on the packaging, in the operating instructions and on the nameplate of your product.

Power X-Change batteries have been developed to meet the highest quality and safety standards. Not only are we proud of the consequent durability of our batteries we guarantee it: therefore, we extend the warranty for our Power X-Change batteries to 2 years.

Simply register your Power X-Change battery within the first 30 days after the purchase date to benefit from our extended battery warranty. Instead of a statutory warranty of 6 months, you will thus receive a free 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Should it be necessary to claim for a faulty device under Warranty, please click the warrabty service link below. Einhell will arrange collection of your machine or if you would prefer you can use our return service both of which are available on line. For all valid claims this service is completely free to use and includes any costs relating to collection, redelivery, repair costs and replacement costs.

Damage from improper use, including accidental damage from stones, sand or dust, the use of force or other external influences and if used in a commercial setting are not covered under the terms of the warranty.

What courier will my item be delivered with?

If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by DHL eCopmmerce UK, Evri or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store?

In stock - Available for next day delivery

If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road. Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment.

Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
