The Makita DAS180Z 18V Cordless Brushless Dust Blower, the perfect cordless power tool for a wide range of applications. Its net weight is only 1.2 kg, making it lightweight and easy to maneuver with a continuous runtime up to 55 x mins on low if using an optional 6.0Ah battery.

Comes with useful features such as a trigger lock function, a lock-on button, and variable speed control by trigger. It also boasts a 4-stage air volume that is selectable according to your application needs.

Additionally it features a one-touch nozzle replacement and an LED job light, making it user-friendly and convenient.

To ensure your safety and the longevity of the tool, the Makita DAS180Z comes equipped with an anti-restart function and a filter for preventing foreign materials from being sucked in.The tool-less attachment change makes it easy to switch between applications, and the vacuum / suction function (optional accessories required) adds versatility to this brand new tool from Makita.The vacuum / suction function on the Makita DAS180Z is suitable for deflating purposes only, not for use as a vacuum / dust extractor + additional optional accessories are required for this function.

This set also includes the Makita 191X23-4 Air Vent Hose is an extension nozzle for the AS001G and DAS180 Dust Blowers.

The nozzle is suitable for deflating and inflating large swimming pools, beach balls and air mattresses.

This requires a 13mm nozzle and a rubber attachment. Remove the dust cover at the back of the machine to connect the extension hose. The extension hose has a diameter of 13mm.

Warranty

Makita has built a reputation for outstanding Service Care, which supports regular repair and part replacement. Makita will fix and service any Makita Powertool or accessory, even those models that may now be discontinued or obsolete.

Makita 3 Year Warranty

The 3 year warranty applies to tools purchased on or after July 1st 2012. This excludes batteries, chargers, outdoor power equipment, pneumatic/airtools, petrol driven tools, gas nailers, clothes and accessories. These are all supplied with a standard years warranty.

Tools must be registed online on Makita UK Warranty Registration Page within 30 days of purchase to qualify for the warranty extension otherwise a standard 1 year warranty will apply.

Any warranty claims outside of the 1st year but within the second or 3rd must be dealt with directly by Makita.

These extended warranties cover free of charge repairs due to defects in workmanship or materials from original date of purchase, as per Makita terms and conditions.

Registration is required for extended warranty at no cost.

Proof of purchase is mandatory for ALL extended warranty claims submitted.

As of 1st April 2025, Makita batteries and chargers are now covered by a 2 year warranty - registration not required.

What if my product becomes faulty?

Any warranty claim must be logged within the warranty period. This involves sending the tool complete packaged to a local dealer or Authorised Service agent with the 3 year certificate and the original sales receipt.

Subject to inspection, the product will be repaired free of charge. Costs may be incurred for any warranty claims that are deemed invalid.

What courier will my item be delivered with?

If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by DHL eCopmmerce UK, Evri or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store?

In stock - Available for next day delivery

If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road. Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment.

Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
