Shadow Foam was designed to create amazing custom foam liners. To achieve a professional, high-quality finish, follow these instructions:

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare Your Foam: If necessary, cut your foam to the required size. Lay out your tools on top of the foam, leaving at least 5mm between items. Take a reference picture once you're happy with the layout.

Begin Cutting: Remove all tools except the one you're cutting first. Start in a corner and lightly press on the item to keep it steady. Trace cut around the item, keeping the knife perpendicular and as close as possible. Once the cut is complete, remove the item and cut again to the desired depth.

Peel Back Layers: Peel back layers until you reach the required depth. It's easier to pull from a point than a long edge. If peeling is difficult, you may not have cut deep enough. Use a ploughing action, following the shape of the tool with your fingers as you peel.

Repeat: Repeat the process for the rest of your items. Keep checking the layout to ensure you don't run out of room for all your tools.

Is My Item Available for Next Day Delivery?

If your item is stocked in our immediate picking location it will available for you to choose a next day delivery. This will be highlighted by a green tick and a 1 day dispatch time on the item information.

You will have the option to choose this service if you are purchasing your item for delivery to mainland UK.

What courier will my item be delivered with?

If your item is being delivered in the UK or Ireland, it will be delivered by DHL eCopmmerce UK, Evri or Royal Mail, with the exception of pallet items.

Is My Item Available for Click and Collect at your Lowestoft Store?

In stock - Available for next day delivery

If your item is showing "In Stock" then you will be able to do a Same Day Click and Collect order from our Lowestoft Pinbush Road. Our cut off for same day collections is 3.00pm Mon-Fri / 11.00am Saturday. After that the product will be ready the next day for collection. After the cut off you are welcome to do a Call and Collect order by phoning our trade counter on 01502 507666. If your item is in stock you will still be able to do a same day collection and payment.

Our store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm so any orders placed the remainder of the weekend will be available for collection on Monday. Weekdays any orders placed up to midnight will be available for collection the following day. This excludes bank holidays.
